Hey Reader, You know that feeling when you find something so good, you don't want to share it? Yeah, that's me with Claude Code right now. Let me explain. What Is This?Claude Code is an autonomous AI coder from Anthropic, using Claude (duh). In my book, it was already the world's best-kept AI coding secret. And that's because, until last week, it only ran in the terminal. Which would probably scare 99% of you away... But that has just changed. Claude Code now with with Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, and even JetBrains. The World's Best AI ModelClaude Code uses Opus 4, the most powerful AI coding model released to date. I tested it a lot in the past few days, including building apps and websites like this. I even one-shotted a Stripe integration as a demo, which totally worked. This thing is insane. But here's the catch: Opus 4 is expensive. Like, really expensive. If you pay per use/token, which most people do, it will blow your budget in hours. Any message you send might cost... $0.30, $0.50 or more! That's where Claude Max comes in. A $100-200/month subscription for Opus 4 access. Is It Worth It?Yes, and here's why. Anthropic did something crazy, by including Claude Code use into the Max subscription. That means, you can code away as much as you like, inside that subscription. And as I said, I've been hammering this thing for days. I'm on the $100/month plan, and I have never hit the limit. I did come close twice, when it downgraded from Opus to Sonnet 4 after a few hours. But I never actually hit the limit (yet). And if you somehow do hit the limit? There's a $200 tier with 4x the usage. If you're serious about coding with AI, this is the most powerful setup available right now. Plus, you're getting all the other Claude features as well with higher limits. The Bottom LineWhile everyone's fighting over which $20 AI tool is best... The pros are quietly using Claude Max to get Opus 4 at a crazy discount. As always, this is not sponsored, just sharing what works for me right now. 💯 Talk soon, Rob P.S. See Claude Code + Opus 4 in action in my last YouTube video. |
Coder of 20+ years teaching non-technical people how to build their own software business in 30 days with AI. No devs or code required.
Hey Reader, Nobody wants to say this out loud, so I will. The "free AI tools are good enough" era is ending. And if you've been waiting for the perfect cheap tool before you start building your idea... the window is closing faster than you think. What I Found Last Week I tested Kimi K2.5, one of the most hyped "free" AI models right now. Won't lie to you, it's actually decent. The closest to Claude of all Chinese models. But here's the thing nobody is talking about: The gap between free AI...
Hey Reader, Just made it to Thailand, and while drinking my first coconut... 🥥 I saw someone on X asking how to set up AI coding tools for non-technical people. Funny enough, I currently teach my wife how to build her first app without writing any code. And this simple trick helped her do it. One simple paragraph. That's it. My wife Diana testing her iOS app on her iPhone 17 Pro Max The Simple Trick I keep telling my Blueprint students ALL the time to use this. It just works so well that I...
Hey Reader, It's been two months since I updated the list, so let's quickly take a look at what's new. A little context: it has been significantly simplified. I really only use GPT-5.3 Codex High and Extra High (Fast if in Cursor) for almost everything. It requires you to be a little more aware of your prompting and your goals, and to ask the right questions. But it is the smartest AI model, and it is not even close. There's a huge shift in the industry right now, with people switching away...
