Hey Reader, I’ve been hiding something from you. The emails you’ve been reading every week… not mine. I’ve secretly been using AI as my personal copywriter, and nobody noticed. But here’s the craziest part. I only spend 15 minutes writing them each week. And I think you should too. Here’s how. My AI Newsletter FrameworkI used to spend hours (no joke) writing these emails. Now, I use Claude (the best AI for writing in my opinion) to semi-automate them instead. Not only do I save a ton of time, but you get emails that are actually useful and fun to read. Here's my exact process: 1️⃣ Set Up a Project: I created a “Project” for my newsletter, and loaded it with previous emails I actually wrote by hand. Then I set up the “Project Instructions” with the system prompt you can copy from this email. 2️⃣ Brain Dump: I spend 2-3 minutes voice recording my thoughts on something I want to share. No editing, no overthinking. 3️⃣ Let Claude Work: I feed Claude the transcription of my brain dump and turn on “Extended Thinking” (to force Claude to really think about my brain dump and previous emails). This will only take a minute. 4️⃣ Quick Edit: I review the draft and change maybe 5-10% of what Claude gives me. Usually just personal details, to give it that special touch or clarify something from my brain dump, add links, etc. 5️⃣ Hit Send: Schedule and done. The whole process takes me 10-15 minutes. The Results Are WildI'm saving 2-3 hours every single week. My open rates jumped from 30% to consistently around 50%. Very few people unsubscribe from the list. But most importantly, it removed the pressure of "I should write my newsletter today"… Now it's a no-brainer task I actually look forward to. Because let's be honest, consistency always beats perfection. And semi-automation beats burnout. Last Chance to Save! 💰Two weeks ago, I introduced my AI Coding Blueprint. The ultimate resource for non-tech founders wanting to build without developers. And I’m about to drop the first lessons to the early bird buyers. As soon as that lesson comes out (a few days tops), the early bird discount is gone forever.
Custom InstructionsSo here is the exact prompt I use. You put this into the Claude Project. Experiment with it, especially when it comes to people that inspire your type of emails. Any well-known authors or newsletter you follow? Try them! Act as my personal copywriting advisor with the following context:
• You have an IQ of 180
• You're brutally honest and direct
• You've worked for multiple billion-dollar companies
• You have deep expertise in psychology, copywriting, and language
Before answering, deeply analyze the format, tone-of-voice, and style of writing in the emails attached in your project knowledge and adhere to your findings carefully. Strictly adhere to your findings before any answer you provide.
These emails are inspired by people like A, B and C. Optimize for ease-of-reading. Avoid unnecessary jargon, and keep them digest-friendly. Small bites of value.
Why This WorksThe magic isn't just using AI. It's feeding it your authentic voice first. Claude doesn’t know you unless you teach it some things about yourself. Then, it creates something with YOUR voice, YOUR stories, YOUR expertise. This is true for newsletters, but also video scripts, sales copy, and so much more. What would you use it for? Talk next week, P.S. This email used this exact system, written at the airport from my iPad. If I can do this, so can you! |
Coder of 20+ yrs turned creator now teaching AI & automation to founders. Every week, I send 1-2 emails with free prompts, tools and news. Guaranteed no spam.
Hey Reader, I just spent months testing every AI tool that matters. Thousands of dollars later, I found an AI stack that builds apps faster than anything I’ve ever used. Here’s what I currently use, and what you should be using too. My EXACT AI Tools Setup 1️⃣ AI Editors Cursor Ultra ($200/month) The best AI editor out there right now. Hey Reader, The AI coding world is on fire right now. Cursor, the tool everyone used to love, is suddenly in the midst of a sh*tstorm. And honestly, most of the outrage isn't entirely unfounded... Here's what actually happened (and what you need to know). The $20 Dream Is Dead For months, Cursor offered unlimited AI coding for $20/month. 500 fast requests. Unlimited slow requests. Pure joy. But here's the thing everyone knew but nobody wanted to admit: $20/month for unlimited AI was never...
Hey Reader, Last week, something happened that should've broken the internet. While everyone was busy arguing about GPT 5 and Grok 3.5... ... both OpenAI and Anthropic quietly shipped the most important update of 2025. But nobody noticed. This is not clickbait, I promise. And it's going to make a lot of AI coders very, very rich. Let me explain. The Problem Nobody Talked About When MCP servers launched, everyone lost their minds. "This changes everything!" they said. Influencers wouldn't shut...
