Steal My EXACT App Building Setup

Hey Reader,

I just spent months testing every AI tool that matters.

Thousands of dollars later, I found an AI stack that builds apps faster than anything I’ve ever used.

Here’s what I currently use, and what you should be using too.

My EXACT AI Tools Setup

1️⃣ AI Editors

Cursor Ultra ($200/month)

The best AI editor out there right now. I get a full suite of features and can see files being edited in real time.

Claude Code Max 5x ($100/month)

This is both a blessing and a curse. Best AI subscription. NOTHING competes with this value. The downside is no editor view, and you only get Sonnet/Opus. That's why I still use Cursor.

2️⃣ AI Coding Models

Claude Sonnet 4 + Opus 4

Sonnet is the workhorse for everyday coding. Opus does have an edge over Sonnet, but you'll need Claude Max 20x subscription to access it properly.

OpenAI o3

This is a KILLER bug finder and deep analyzer that not enough people use. When I'm stuck on complex problems, o3 disappears for minutes, and returns with a solution.

3️⃣ AI Research Tools

Grok Premium+ ($40/month)

Has LIVE access to literally trillions of tweets and the most powerful web-based AI search available. For technical research, this beats everything because there's so much technical content happening on X.

ChatGPT Plus ($20/month)

The memory system is unmatched. Once it learns your preferences and context, it becomes incredibly useful for ongoing research without starting from scratch every time.

4️⃣ Coding Frameworks

Next.js 15

The foundation of every new project that almost every application uses today.

I actually have a dedicated lesson in my AI Coding Blueprint teaching Next.js to non-technical people. My students highly recommend it, and said this is the BEST lesson in the entire program. A real game-changer for understanding how building apps with AI works, without needing to learn code.

Tailwind 4

Makes your app beautiful without understanding how the underlying tech actually works.

shadcn/ui

Ready-made components you can simply reuse throughout your application.

5️⃣ Required Services

Vercel ($20/month)

The best way to deploy and host your app. Unless you have thousands of users hitting your app simultaneously, this will likely be free. I pay $20 for extra features.

Supabase ($34/month)

For user data, auth, and complex data storage. Integrates perfectly with Vercel so you have one provider handling everything.

Bottom Line

You can keep guessing which tools to use, and waste your time and money...

Or you can steal my exact proven AI stack, and learn from my AI Coding Blueprint that makes everything work.

If I was you, this would be my setup:

  • Cursor Pro for $20 (editor)
  • Claude Max 5x for $100 (unlimited AI coding_
  • ChatGPT Plus for $20 (memories, o3, and voice mode)

This is a HEAVY hitting combo that delivers thousands of $$$ in value.

Talk next week!

Hey Reader, Anthropic just announced free monthly API credits for all Claude subscribers! 🎉 Sounds great, right? Well, let's read the fine print... The catch nobody's talking about. Starting June 15th, third-party tools like Conductor can no longer tap into your Claude subscription directly. Instead, they will now pull from those shiny new API credits. But here's the thing. If you're on the $100/month Max plan, you get $100 in API credits. Claude Opus 4.7 will chew through that in a few...

Hey Reader, This is not our regular scheduled programming. If you're old enough to remember the ILOVEYOU virus from 2000s, this will feel familiar. Back then, one email worm hit 10% of every computer connected to the internet. It caused $10 billion in damage. All because people clicked one email attachment. That was 26 years ago, and this week it's kinda happening again. The new virus doesn't need you to click. A group just compromised hundreds of packages across coding ecosystem. Think of...

Hey Reader, It's May 2026. People keep asking what I'm actually using to ship apps right now. Not what's trending on X. Not what some sponsored influencer says. What's in MY toolkit, every single day. So here's the full stack. Steal it. Cursor is the cleanest coder out there. The v3 release is genuinely insane. Best AI coding tool I've ever used. Best overall design and UX. But my Cursor usage exceeds $2-3k/mo and it's not cheap. In fact, the last 30 days were particularly heavy... I use it...
